Learning Objectives |
- Evaluate currently approved and available treatment options for patients with metastatic breast cancer, commenting on the degree to which these strategies provide clinical benefit and affect quality of life
- Strategize potential solutions to overcome treatment barriers for patients with metastatic breast cancer who have failed multiple rounds of chemotherapy
- Summarize therapeutic options and clinical challenges in the management of patients with metastatic breast cancer and CNS metastases
- Discuss the role of discordant pathology results after rebiopsy of a metastasis and how these results may impact therapy selection
