Educational Objectives
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe the latest management approaches for hematologic malignancies including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes, and myeloproliferative disorders
- Evaluate difficult or unusual problems encountered by the practicing hematologist/oncologist
- Identify appropriate management options based on emerging data
- Discuss issues surrounding the design and conduct of clinical trials that incorporate novel agents and/or regimens for patients with hematologic malignancies
- Summarize emerging data in the management of multiple hematologic malignancies and integrate new findings into clinical practice

Method of Participation
There are no fees for participating and receiving CME credit for this activity. During the period December 2009 through December 31, 2010, participants must 1) read the learning objectives and faculty disclosures; 2) study the educational activity; 3) complete the posttest by recording the best answer to each question in the answer key on the evaluation form; 4) complete the evaluation form. A statement of credit will be issued only upon receipt of a completed activity evaluation form and a completed posttest with a score of 70% or better.
